BASCO PERMAFLAT PLUS EMULSION

Basco Permaflat Plus Emulsion is based on Acrylic copolymer emulsion

with good quality pigments and extenders which offers a smooth and

matt finish. The shades reatain their brightness for a longtime. It has good

hiding power and the porous nature of the film allows new surfaces to

breathe and dry out easily. Basco Permaflat Emulsion can be applied on

all types of plasters, ceilings, asbestos, sheets concrete etc.

SPREAD RATE: 8- 10 Sq.Mt/ltr, depending on the Texture and Porosity

of the surface being painted

COLOURS AVAILABLE: Available in a range of colours from the Basco

Economy Fan Deck, Duracoat Classic Fan Deck and Duracoat Color Plus

Fan Deck.

PACK SIZES: 1 litre, 4 litres & 20 litres

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease or any loose

material. Apply three coats of Basco Permaflat Plus Emulsion with the

recommended dilution

Previously Painted Surfaces: Clean the surface and remove loose,

flaking and powdery material. If the existing surface is in good condition,

the surface should be cleaned and sanded down. Therafter, apply three

coats of Basco Permaflat Plus Emulsion directly with the recommended

dilution

Brick and Asbestos: The surface must be sealed with one coat of

Duracoat AcrylicSealer to reduce absorption, followed by three coats of

Basco Plus Emulsion directly with the recommended dilution.

Unpainted Hardboards or Plaster Boards: Apply one coat of Duracoat

White or Pink Wood primer, followed by three coats of Basco Permaflat

Plus Emulsion directly with the recommended dilution
